Kapha Imbalance on a Pitta Body Type

I have been able to narrow down to exactly what is going on with my Doshas (Ayurvedic term). Through muscle testing I determined that my body type is actually Pitta, but I have an imbalance of Kapha. Therefore I need to be on a Kapha balancing diet at this time to bring it back into balance.
