Good Bye 160s – Hello 150s!

I have been 159.2 lbs for two days in a row, which means I am officially out of the 160′s for good! It has been a long road. I have been in the 160 pound range since the 1st of this year.
I told myself that i’d break into the 150 pound range for my birthday and I did! Exactly on the morning of my birthday I saw 159.2 lbs on the scale.
Now my goal is to make it to 149 lbs by April 1st. That means 10 lbs in a little over a month. I am confident that I can make it now that I have cut gluten out of my diet, which I found out I had an allergy to.
It feels amazing to finally be out of those darn 160 lbs. I was worried that i’d be there forever because day in and day out it seemed like the scale was barely budging. I am so glad I didn’t give up like I would have in the past. I stuck it out and it has rewarded me.
Don’t give up when weight loss seems to be inching along, you will make it as long as you put that effort in every day without fail.
