Lost 6 lbs in 10 Days

I weighed myself this morning and discovered I am now at 144 lbs. This is what my pre-pregnancy weight was before I got pregnant with Colin. That means I have officially lost all my baby weight.
I started eating Eat to Live on July 1st and I am happy to report that I have lost 6 lbs in 10 days so far. I must admit though that I have been combining that with biofeedback treatments. (I will be offering distance biofeedback sessions shortly, working on getting certified)
With Eat to Live I get to eat as many greens, beans, fruits and veggies as I want. I eat limited grains (1 cup per day) and I don’t consume any animal products. I love that I don’t have to count calories and can eat as much as I want each day.
On July 1st I was 149.8 lbs
On July 5th I was 147.6 lbs
On July 8th I was 145.2 lbs
Today July 10th I am now 144 lbs
Now I am working on getting down to my goal of 120 lbs by the end of summer. I am confident that I can do it, especially with the biofeedback. The energy is literally causing the weight to just fall off my body, it is fantastic!
I have always had such a hard time losing weight and now those factors of emotional, hormonal and such are now disappearing completely. I am excited to see where this health journey takes me. I believe there are no limits on what I can achieve and I want to continually push the envelope. I want to see what my full potential is both physically and spiritually.
