Lost More Weight!

It is amazing! I haven’t even been exercising and I am now down to 153 lbs! I have been focusing a lot on not overloading my body and consuming mostly liquids.
I find that the less stress I put on my digestive system the easier it is to lose weight and gain more energy. My husband and I have been practicing something called Fletcherism where you chew your food until it becomes liquified before you swallow it. About 32 times per bite should do the trick.
Overall I am feeling really good. We joined a gym that is opening up in our small town on June 12th and it will be nice to go there to work out without all the extra weight holding me down.
