My Workouts Summary Feb 15 – Feb 21



This week has been a little more off track than usual. I was able to still get a lot of walking in on my treadmill, but I didn’t do much else in the form of workout videos. I am very happy to report that I lost 1.2 lbs this week despite not being on track as far as eating goes.

I did Hip Hop Abs Ab Sculpt video because I really enjoy that workout. It makes me feel great, in fact all the Hip Hop Abs workouts are fantastic.

Spent time on the Treadmill, but didn’t do any other exercise workouts.

Weight: 161.6 lbs – Calories Burned: 2178 – Previous Night Sleep: 7 hr 48 min

Walking… walking… walking. I stopped wearing my GoWear Fit today because I wasn’t sure if the electricity from it was affecting my energy or not.

Today I also walked, but I also started doing The Emotion Code treatments.

Weight: 159.8 lbs

I was shocked I lost this amount over night, I wrote about it here – Released 2 lbs worth of emotions.

Weight: 160.4 lbs

I guess I over did it on the food on Saturday cause I went up in weight a bit. Not too worried though.

Overall I think I did pretty well… I made progress which is great. As long as I keep ending each week weighing less than I started I am happy.
