The Kickin’ Core workout by Chalene Johnson in the Turbo Jam series wasn’t really what I was expecting it to be. Since it came with an exercise ball I assumed that the majority of the 45 minute workout would actually be spent on the ball. I was wrong…
I got my TrekDesk and set it up on Wednesday. I’ve got to tell you… if feels great to work on the computer and burn calories at the same time.
I am always experimenting and trying new things. I decided to start a new technique, using the healthy foods i’ve been eating to try and jump start my metabolism. Instead of eating the same amount of food day in and day out I am going to mix things up and eat different amounts each day. This keeps my body from plateauing in the weight loss department.
I’ll admit that this past weekend i’ve been slipping on my healthy diet regime somewhat. I can really tell a difference in how I felt because I was sluggish and depressed. I also didn’t feel like exercising and it was harder to make healthy decisions.
I am hitting yet another plateau in my weight loss efforts and it is getting really frustrating. Last week I lost 1.4 lbs and the week before that I lost 0.2 lbs.
Yet another week has gone by and now it is time to track my workouts and see what progress i’ve made during the past week. My starting weight on Monday was 164 lbs and my ending weight on Sunday was 162.6 lbs. That means for all my efforts I lost 1.4 lbs during the past 7 days.
Well I’ve been eating mostly just raw bananas, smoothies and the phi plus for two days now and I’ve got to say I feel really good. In fact, I haven’t been hungry at all.
