Turning 27 Years Old



Well, it’s official… Yesterday was my 27th birthday. Now I get to reflect on my life and see where i’d like to go from here, what changes i’d like to make. I figure if there is ever the perfect time to make some life changes it would be on your birthday.

What I like about having a birthday in February is it comes about right as the enthusiasm from those New Years Resolutions starts to wear off. Now I can refocus myself back on eating really healthy and treating myself better.

I have struggled with weight problems ever since I was 14 years old, I am finally going to break free from this and finally be truly healthy. I look forward to seeing what this year brings for me as I continue to strive for ultimate health.

I have noticed an improvement since I cut gluten out of my diet. I used to get chronic fatigue and headaches when i’d eat wheat, now I am not suffering from those issues and I feel much better.

While I haven’t been using my workout videos as much as I should, I am walking at least 5 miles a day on my treadmill while I work. So I am staying very active and have noticed that I am getting more in shape each day.

Here is to a new year that was better than my last!
